GROUP MANAGER

It is important to assign a group manager to serve as the overall lead for your group. Your group manager will be the point person for all phases of the project and will have a thorough knowledge of every aspect. In addition to being involved in the planning stages, the group manager will also be on site during the actual execution of the event to handle all program changes or modifications as they may arise.

GREETERS AND STAFF

It is important to have greeters at the airport, every hotel and at the various venues to answer any questions that the guests may have. They will also assist in the loading and unloading of the vehicles. This team of greeters will be well versed in every aspect of the program. We will assign an adequate number of greeters at each location based on time, number of guests, and number of vehicles running.
