As an executive assistant, planning travel for my executive is a full time job. My executive travels approximately 300 days a year and doesn’t rent cars, he uses car services everywhere he goes, both domestic and international. I would not hesitate to guess that he is probably the highest individual user of CTN’s services they have. It is not uncommon for him to have 10 or more pick-ups by car services in separate cities & states in one week. Knowing this, you know that I have to have a GREAT partner in his car service planning and execution. CTN is that partner. I have used everyone else (the big and the small) and they cannot compare to the service I get from CTN. Everything is easy with them. I can send emails or call to make, change or cancel service. They take care to accommodate his special requests, last minute changes and everything in between. I receive text messages with the driver’s name and cell phone number for every pick-up he has so I can connect them should they miss each other, receive email confirmations for the reservations and emails of the receipt after service is completed. I have called at all hours of the day and night and someone is always there to help with whatever needs to be changed. Dragon Con is a very unique event and requires unique transportation solutions. With over 75,000 members converging on Atlanta over Labor Day weekend getting everyone where they want to be when they want to be there can be tricky.
